Report a Security Vulnerability

We take the security of megalodomai.com and our products seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us privately so we can fix it.

How to report

Email hello@megalodomai.com with the subject "Security report". Please include:

• The page or address affected.
• A description of the issue and its possible impact.
• Steps to reproduce it, and screenshots if helpful.

Please

• Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before sharing it with anyone else.
• Only test against your own data. Do not access, change or delete other people's information.
• Do not run denial-of-service tests, spam, phishing or social-engineering attempts against us or our staff, and do not test physical security.
• Stop testing and contact us as soon as you have confirmed an issue.

What we will do

• Acknowledge your report and keep you updated on our progress.
• Fix confirmed issues as quickly as we reasonably can, based on their severity.
• With your permission, thank you publicly once the issue is fixed.

We will not pursue action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and follows this page. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty programme.
